After carefully examining and considering all photos and information mentioned at your messages, Dr. Resul Yaman estimates for your operation about 4500 grafts. Your donor capacity is fine and the quality of your hair looks very good. When you get this operation done your hairline will be recreated with 2000 grafts symmetrically to receive a natural look and we will reach healthy looking density on frontal, middle and crown areas. To receive the most healthy and natural result, the density on frontal area should be high. Also Dr. Yaman will increase the density on midscalp with 1500 grafts and to cover the crown area with 1000 grafts between your existing hair. He expects a very good result from your case considering your hair and donor quality. Dr Yaman recommends also to begin to use Propecia or Finasteride minumum 15 day before the operation. If you don't want to use Finasteride or Propecia, in Turkey there is a mixture multivitamines in pharmacies, you can use a multivitamine after the operation.
If you go ahead with Dr.Yaman you should arrive in Istanbul one day before surgery. Because one day before operation your hair density and hair nature are analysied by Dr. Yaman and then graft transplantation area and donor area are controlled and measured. Dr. Yaman says the exact number of grafts and operation is planned with you. After that we will do some blood exams and PRP. PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma ) which helps us for 3 important areas in hair transplantation procedure.

You can find below some information about precedure;
In our clinic, we perform incision as the first step of the hair transplantation. In the incision step, recipient incisions are created by Dr. Resul Yaman at once, in the exact number of graft calculation in front, mid and crown areas. The creation of recipient incisions is important for homogenization and hair roots’ directions. Incision step is performed with a 0.8-0.9-1mm. needles which differ in front, mid and crown areas depending on the proportions of multiple grafts. Also the implanter, which we have been developing lately, can provide us to create smaller incisions.
After incision step is over, we perform extraction. The extraction step is performed with a low speed modified micro motor by expert staff who has been trained only for extraction step. Individual’s donor area is divided into equipartition and from each partition same amount of follicle is extracted. In the donor area, hair follicles are extracted degressively to external line of the extraction area so an apparent external line is prevented.
Extracted hair follicles are waited in +4°C, hypothermosol solution which is used specifically in organ transplant surgeries. +4°C and hypothermosol solution provide us the optimal conditions for about 5 hours.
Transplantation step is performed with a spesific implanter which has been developed and taken out a patent by Dr. Resul Yaman. Different than classic implanter technique, in this spesific implanter hair follicles are taken from the upside of expert staff’s hand and they are pushed under the skin with the help of slice bar. The hair follicles are replaced under the skin without being touched by skin or forceps and by preventing any possible trauma which may be caused by crash or smash. So a possible damage on hair root, which may be caused by professional staff’s incidental mistake or causes making transplatation harder like hard skin structure, etc., can be prevented.
Your bandage for one night is applied at the end of the procedure and your file is given including recommendations and things to care for to have comfortable night. Your drugs are prescribed to use for 5 days. You may comfortably return to your work or home after the operation.
You should come to our hospital at the next day or 2nd day and your hair should be washed by our specialist. Special lotions and shampoos are used during this washing procedure and you are recommended to wash your hair as instructed for 15 days. Our priority in our hospital is to meet or patients’ expectations completely and to provide the most qualified service by keeping the patient comfort on top level.
Dr. Resul Yaman recommends his patient to use Finasteride or SawPalmetto-biotin during pre- and post-operative processes. Usage of medical treatments is considered as prior condition in under post-operative warranty.

Με φοβιζει το γνωστο ρητο ΄΄ οτι πληρώνεις παιρνεις'' αλλα τα αποτελεσματα σε αλλους εδω μέσα ειναι αρκετα καλα. Τι να πω.
δεν τα μπερδεψε vlafo, 4500 grafts εχει συνολικα στα σχέδια..δες καλύτερα...παιδια πρεπει να αναλογιστουμε και το προβλημα του ανθρωπου δεν μπορουμε να ζηταμε τοσο μεγαλες πυκνοτητες οταν εχει θεμα απο μπροστα μεχρι πισω. παντως ναι σπαει καθε ρεκορ με τετοιες τιμες κ αποτελεσματα...

δεν νομιζω να ισχυει αυτο το ρητο φιλε, το εχουμε δει πολλες φορες!!! εσυ περιμενε παντως και απαντηση απο ερντογαν...θα σου πει σιγουρα 5000+ αυτος...επειδη κοιτας για Τουρκια στειλε κ στις αλλες 3 γνωστες κλινικες της Αγκυρας να δεις τι θα σου πουν..οσες περισσοτερς γνωμες τοσο το καλυτερο...

Ισως αργησει λίγο γιατι μου ζήτησε και φωτογραφιες με μαλλι τουλαχιστον 2 cm. Δεν ξέρω αν θα το αφήσω για να είμαι ειλικρινης.
Το πρόβλημα ειναι το μπροστά κομμάτι παιδιά.εκει πρέπει να μπουν τα περισσότερα..β ζώνη και crown είναι σε σχετικά καλή κατάσταση.γεφυρες κομπλέ ,μια στενη λωρίδα απο β ζώνη ως crown είναι και δεν είναι και άδειος.εχει εκεί μαλλί.πιστευω πρέπει να παίξει έξυπνα με το πίσω και να βάλει μπροστά όσα πρέπει.

Συμφωνω σε μεγάλο βαθμο φιλε μου. Η μονη μου εννοια ειναι οτι η γεφυρα βαση κληρονομικότητας θα αδειασει μάλλον. Η έρευνα συνεχιζεται . . . και το τελικο decision ελπίζω να είναι το σωστο. Να αρχισω καμια αγωγη? Εαν ναι ποια και ποιες οι επιπτώσεις?
επειδη υπαρχει η υποψια οτι ισως αδειασουν οι γεφυρες λογω κληρονομικοτητας δεν θα πρεπει να πας πολυ επιθετικα απο την πρωτη επεμβαση , θα πρεπει να αφησεις grafts καβατζα για καθε ενδεχομενο...φιναστεριδη μπορεις να αρχισεις

Επιπτωσεις? μείωση της σεξουαλικής παρόρμησης, δυσκολία στην επίτευξη στύσεων και μείωση στην ποσότητα του σπέρματός?
δοκιμασε και βλεπεις πως θα παει. ξεκινα με μικροτερη δοση 0.5 mg ή παρε λιγοτερες φορες την εβδομαδα 1mg

Καποια συμβουλη για καταστημα με καλυτερη τιμη?Εμπειρικα απο κοσμο εδω μέσα?
Φιλε μου, η τιμη ειναι "χωμα"...6,20 ευρω για περιπου 2 μηνες (αναλογα αν θα κοβεις το καθε χαπι σε 4 ή 5 κομματια)...σε ολα τα φαρμακεια ιδια τιμη εχει το proscar 5 mg.
Οσον αφορα τις παρενεργειες που ανεφερες πιο πανω...ξεχνα τες...τιποτα δε θα συμβει. Ξεκινα αμεσα θεραπεια, ωστε, οταν θα πας για μμ
(στην Τουρκια ; ) να εχεις θωρακισει τη δοτρια και να μπορεσεις να παρεις ενα δυνατο αποτελεσμα.
Ειδικα, αν βαλεις 4500 grafts, οπως σου προτειναν, και αν εχεις υψηλη φυτρωση, πιστευω (και σου το ευχομαι με ολη μου την καρδια) οτι θα μεινεις αρκετα ευχαριστημενος απο την επιλογη σου.
για γνωμες Γιωργο ειπα να ρωτησει (δες το μηνυμα μου), δεν ειπα να παει εκει...καλο ειναι να παρει γνωμες απο διαφορες κλινικες πριν κανει την τελικη του επιλογη...δεν χανει τιποτα το ιδιο email θα στειλει σε ολους.
